Benjamin exhibits the characteristics of the DAISY Award, care, and compassion, in many ways. He cares for others within the classroom, clinical, work, and personal life. His presence is always calming and full of kindness for others. His generosity and selflessness are inspiring he is a great example of the UW Oshkosh College of Nursing core values. Benjamin’s work ethic is another area of inspiration. He works on skills and studying until he feels confident and is willing to stay after work to help his coworkers if needed. Personally, Benjamin has gone above and beyond for me and others with enthusiasm and he will be an amazing and compassionate nurse. I would like to thank him for his countless acts of kindness.
