We are all very thankful for Wendy's kindness.
Because of her own personal experience, Wendy knows how frightening covid 19 was and is. She would ring or contact every staff member who was ill with covid 19 every day to check in on them and make sure they had everything they needed. When they returned to work, she met every single one, eased them back into work, and advocated self-care. She showed kindness and compassion in abundance and the staff really appreciated this. I’d personally like to thank Wendy for this. Knowing Wendy was doing this meant others could focus on the other challenges facing us. We are all very thankful for her kindness.
