Meredith is a ray of sunshine for our patients during some of their scariest moments.
Meredith has been a nurse in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit for nearly 10 years. Her passion for her work and love for her patients is contagious. She is an outstanding educator for our new staff and eager to stay up to date on the latest evidence-based practices. She is a ray of sunshine for our patients during some of their scariest moments. She provides music for patients post-operatively that is personal to them to bring comfort and familiarity to a new and strange environment, such as the recovery room. Meredith also holds and rocks our pediatric patients or is a comforting hand to hold for our adult patients. She is an excellent leader in the PACU, keeping morale high and supporting her coworkers so they may provide their best care possible.
