My father is a veteran and has been under the care of Dr. Bell for almost 2 years. Recent medical conditions have required that my father be referred to multiple specialists which have required an absorbent amount of attention from Julie as she has coordinated his visits his medications and assisted us with navigating the VA system as we transition to VA healthcare from the private medical sector. As a previous administrator of physician clinics with over 20 years of leadership experience, I have been pleasantly surprised by the consistent response of Julie to make sure that my father has received the treatment that he needs. She has been prompt professional and courteous. In addition to providing our basic needs and requests, Julie has offered recommendations to help my father receive his care in a more expedient manner as well as providing treatment options to make him more comfortable during his wait. She goes above and beyond to provide a superior level of care. During a time when healthcare is so demanding on their providers and support staff, Julie has never allowed these demands to delay responses to my family or to prevent her from being anything less than pleasant and helpful.
