I was recently a patient at the hospital for an outpatient procedure in the CVIR department. I had a great experience and it was mostly because I had a fantastic nurse. Kelly Boyce went above and beyond during my visit. She explained everything to me. She was constantly checking on me and making sure I was comfortable. She has such a positive personality. As a nurse that also works at Ingalls, I don’t usually get to see things from the patient’s perspective. It is nurses like Kelly that make patients want to come to Ingalls for their care. I can’t thank her enough for making me feel safe and comfortable during my hospital visit.
