My son has had many hospital stays, and I always choose Arnold Palmer due to the wonderful staff and knowledgeable doctors. I must say, Taylor went above and beyond to make sure my son as well as myself were comfortable and taken care of. She explained in detail everything she was doing and elaborated on any questions I had. She interceded doctor lingo that I didn't understand and made me feel confident with his level of care. She, single-handedly made this one of the least stressful hospital stays we've had.

You can tell she truly cares for her patients and loves her job. Everyone should have a "Taylor" as a nurse. I am so grateful for her thoughtfulness and compassion, and I hope she understands that she is invaluable and a great asset to Arnold Palmer. She is the nurse that everyone will remember. She is simply the best!

My son couldn’t eat for 24 hours, she called us while he was in surgery to see what he would like to eat so it was ready for him when he got back to the room. Talk about going above and beyond. Thank you, Taylor, from the bottom of my heart for treating us like you would your family. You are our "Hero".
