Nurse Mariel succeeded in giving me the feeling that I am at my home and not in the hospital.
I am 69-years-old and suffer from chronic kidney failure. A total transplant was performed at the end of 2017, but unfortunately, the transplanted kidney was rejected, which necessitated the commencement of Hemodialysis in the hospital in the hospital 3 times a week. Total dialysis was done in hospitals in Egypt, Kuwait, and finally in Dubai. I started dialysis in 2019 at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital, I find all the attention and care from the consultant nephrologist doctor, and nursing staff especially Nurse Mariel. From my dialysis experience trip in many countries and dealing with different nursing personnel, I recommend Nurse Mariel for the award for the following reasons:

1. Nurse Mariel fully understands the nature of patients with kidney failure due to their frequent visits to the hospital several times a week and sitting for several hours for a dialysis session, and the truth is that Nurse Mariel succeeded in giving me the feeling that I am at my home and not in the hospital.

2. Outstanding professional performance.

3. Dealing accurately, efficiently, and comfortably during installation of the needles in the body and operating the system, especially with me due to the presence of AV Graft.

4. Full compliance with safety rules during dialysis sessions.

5. Continuous follow-up for the treatment regimen, medicines, and blood test required to check on the patient's condition and his commitment to treatment.

6. Asking about my health and following up on my condition outside the hospital working hours, especially in cases where I sometimes feel tired from the nature of the dialysis session.

Thank you, Nurse Mariel and good luck.
