Kathy is one of the best nursing leaders I have had the pleasure of working with.
Kathy has a strong value for hard work, ethics, and respectful conduct. She strives to uphold these attributes in her own interactions and support her team to make those choices as well. She is compassionate, yet solid in the challenge to be the best advocate for patients, families, and RRMC at large. Kathy is steadfast in her commitment to the health of patients, but also deeply cares for and considers the work of her team members and others. She works with nursing staff to promote the use of critical thinking skills and clinical expertise when caring for patients to encourage a strong collaborative relationship to improve clinical outcomes.
