During the pandemic and even now Nicole is awesome in dealing with families using face time. She helps them through this ordeal. She is very cooperative and always willing to help the attending in the ICU, and acts as an advocate for the nurses. Nicole volunteers to help teach and also, she is a very good person in and out.
