Jessica is a nurse who always goes above and beyond when caring for patients and helping the team. This person always demonstrates compassionate care to all patients. They always present to work with a positive attitude and willing to help others. This person is not only providing the best care to patients but also always looks out to assist their team whenever we needed their assistance.
Today I have a patient who is critically ill and confused. This patient constantly tries to get out of bed and pull lines and tubes out. Jessica is willing to stay with this confused patient to keep the patient safe, even though this is not their patient. This is only one example of many things that assist the team and patients. They always go above and beyond their duty.
