Kyle is one of the most dedicated team leaders I have ever encountered. Kyle consistently puts his team members first and will always ensure they have what they need to safely care for their patients. His compassionate care and dedication is evident in all of his actions. There is not one specific situation or story that describes Kyle, or how he makes a difference in the Operating Room at Methodist, simply because Kyle goes above and beyond for every patient, staff member and physician. He is well respected by the entire Operating Room and is the epitome of our Jefferson core values.
