Thank you for being an active team leader. Marissa was very helpful to not just me but all the nurses and techs on the unit.
Marissa was also very resourceful and positive in all stressful situations during the shift. The flow of your night can easily be decided by your charge nurse, and because of her, my night and float experience on 3 West was great.
