On behalf of the whole RTU team, I would like to thank Stephanie DeSimone for being such a great support for all of us. Stephanie has gone above and beyond for us to feel comfortable after losing our home unit. RTU was also Stephanie’s home unit, therefore she supported us while she was also going through a tough time herself. She has been a friend, a manager, and a rock for all of us to lean on. We are extremely grateful to have her on our side, we have always known what an excellent nurse Stephanie is, but the support she has provided us cannot go without any recognition.
Stephanie gives us the support we need to keep pushing through during such a terrible time. We all felt very lost at one point when our home unit was closed. We felt scared when we were told that a COVID unit was our new home, but Stephanie was always there to answer our questions and ease our doubts. She motivates us to keep pushing through this tough time and stick together as the great unit we are even though our home looks and feels a little different. Much love and appreciation to Stephanie.
