My aunt has asked me to write to you about how much she appreciates your help during this very difficult last week. Due to the one visitor rule, I was not able to go see her. She has a big family at home and every one of us was extremely worried about her. Whenever I am sick, she has always been there to take care of me and cheer me up, but due to the current circumstances, I was not able to do the same for her. Fortunately, she was taken under your care and we are truly grateful for your tender kindness. Thank you for being so attentive and coming to say goodbye at the end of your shift each day. Thank you for letting her be aware of each step of the process by translating on your phone and for always being by her side when she was hurting. Everything that you did allowed her to feel safe and not alone. Her journey to recovery would not have been possible without your help!

Barbara went above and beyond the call of duty to provide me with excellent care. I was hospitalized and she made my stay a very good one. The professionalism and care were second to none. Barbara assisted me on my second day and through my stay in ICU. She was simply outstanding. Barbara helped me when I was at my lowest point. I was completely broken. She picked me up and helped me to get cleaned, washed up, changed my bed linens, and physically assisted me with getting dressed. Mrs. Barbara was God-sent. She helped me with all my medical needs. She provided excellent care, physically and mentally. She talked with me and helped me calm down and change my clothes. I am so thankful to have this wonderful nurse on my side. She is a true asset to the hospital.

Mrs. Barbara is a very nice person with a very gentle soul. She knows how to put a smile on your face when you're feeling down. I really enjoyed her stories. I thank Mrs. Barbara for being a very sweet and kind-hearted nurse.
