On my recent stay at Children's on the Hemoc Floor, my son and I met Carlie. Carlie was a confident nurse with intuitive skills that serve her well in her chosen field. She was professional but so much more. Her skills were matched with her love for her patients. She was a quiet mouse through the night and sprinkled humor every time she had a chance. She was our bright spot during our stay.

Carlie has a kind and caring heart. She made us feel welcome and was there to give excellent care to my son and his extended family. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed ALL the time. She made our first days here easier and we certainly missed her when she wasn’t here.
