Eric cares for his patients a lot and wants the best for them, and as for doctors, I would say that he makes our work lighter.
Over the last three years, I have been working with Eric in the ambulatory clinics. Eric is a good person, cooperative, and a responsible nurse. I would like to express my appreciation to him as he is one of the best and most active staff nurses in the unit. Eric cares for his patients a lot and wants the best for them, and as for doctors, I would say that he makes our work lighter. Eric is not just a nurse, he is a great person. In the area, he displays great concern for his patients. He shows responsibility and likes to do his task in the best way possible. You see the joy in his eyes and his smile never leaves his face. Although he is a senior staff, he likes to do his tasks by himself and does not delegate them to others unless needed. One time, he was helping a patient transfer to a wheelchair while conversing warmly and politely. The patient felt comfortable and easily got along with the team. His behavior is consistent; friendly, caring, and professional. He is a perfect example of the ideal nurse.
