Mulaine has a kind heart and an unwavering dedication to her patients.
Murlaine is an extremely capable nurse who proves time and time again that she is an asset to her department. She leaves her personal life at the door and always goes above and beyond for her patients and team members, always providing the highest quality of care with a smile on her face. She also is upbeat, charismatic, and charming, and her patients and team members have nothing but good things to say about her.
In my experience, hospitals are usually associated with gloom and grief, yet Murlaine manages to make ours a pleasant, almost cheerful environment.
Mulaine has a kind heart and an unwavering dedication to her patients. When difficult patients/situations arise, which is not uncommon, Murlaine is able to remain calm, explain the situation at hand, and provides excellent teaching moments for team members and patients, without coming across as condescending or nasty. I recently had a difficult situation arise where a patient was very ill and the nurse for the patients didn’t know how to handle the situation. I notified Murlaine, who was the charge nurse for the evening, and without hesitation, she was very quick on her feet. When it came to organization and delegating tasks, she did an amazing job!
Not only is Murlaine reliable, and trustworthy, she has amazing leadership skills. I have no doubt that she will continue to excel and grow as an astounding nurse.
