Our night was horrible, but Christy made sure we did not stay in that dark place long.
My baby girl was diagnosed with Trisomy 18 last year, which was a blessing and a curse all in one. We were introduced to a lot of people who helped to get our daughter here and helped to keep her in peace while she was here. I am so thankful to everyone who played their part in our lives especially Christy Sybrant. God puts people in your life for a reason and Christy was definitely placed here in my presence for this special reason. She was like my sister, my mom, my friend, my nurse, and my daughter’s caregiver while she was on her shift. She made us feel like we were at home and there was no need to worry about anything. She was definitely a blessing in the midst of our storm.
The night my daughter passed, Christy Sybrant came into our room to help us make memories with our daughter. Our night was horrible, but Christy made sure we did not stay in that dark place long. We saw her LIGHT through her work, her kind words, and her love of her job. Christy not only helped my baby and me, but she also helped bring my husband out of his brokenness by getting him involved in the artwork. Her patience and love for my daughter were so natural and I pray that EVERYONE continues to share and spread their love through each and every baby and family as they showed us. Thank you and keep up the great work.
