Caitlyn Endly worked as charge nurse on a Saturday in February 2021. This day was very demanding of her. She usually runs around helping everyone when she is in charge and this day was no exception. She had her own patients as charge nurse and multiple new grads just off orientation to assist as well. You could tell she was very frustrated and on the verge of tears but she still remained compassionate towards her patients and understanding toward the new nurses. She somehow always has to put out multiple fires when she is in charge: she always has to stay late and she usually does it all with a positive attitude. She is a pleasure to work with!
