One of the patients was Korean speaking and necessitated a Korean interpreter. Francy went above and beyond to help facilitate the phone call for me.
Thank you, Francy, for your excellent collaboration today! As a care manager, COVID has become a barrier for care management assessments. We are unable to physically see and speak with the patients in person. I needed Francy’s help in coordinating phone calls to 3 of her patients. Francy was more than collaborative with care management. She went into each room and placed the phone by the patients and let them know I would be calling. This was a huge help.

This type of collaborative behavior is not only helpful for me, but for other members of the healthcare team. This helps immensely with throughput and helps to remove the barriers to discharge. I'm sure it helps the patients to feel well cared for by such a caring nurse.
