On the day of my mom's surgery, my family received a call that my great-great-aunt was in the hospital. You can imagine the stress that we were under knowing that two of our family members were now in a hospital environment, especially with COVID going on. LaRena recognized how stressed I was when I visited and helped calm me down by providing compassionate care and displaying outstanding clinical skills when taking care of my great-great-aunt. I truly appreciate everything that she did for my great-great-aunt. She is the Florence Nightingale of our time.
