I believe Bonnie Cavan has all 5 qualities. During my cancer treatment earlier this year she was always there for me. If I left Bonnie a phone message, she would get right back to me. Bonnie has been there for me for the past nine years. Just recently she arranged to have an MRI that I had at a private hospital sent to Dr. H so he could authorize physical therapy on my injured back. I always have and will count on Bonnie to work on my behalf. If my prescription ran out, Bonnie would get the pharmacy to send them early. When I had an ER visit outside of the VA last year, Bonnie gave me the phone number needed to get my authorization in the required 72 hours. Bonnie has been kind and understanding when things go amuck in the VA system. Don’t get me wrong, the VA has been great to me, and I give Bonnie all the credit for that to happen.
