We were blown away by Kelly’s thoughtfulness and how she went above and beyond without thinking twice.
Kelly is so warm, welcoming, and bubbly - from the first day she cared for our daughter. She made us feel so "normal." Her sense of humor and random facts in conversations felt like we had a good friend caring for our daughter. If that wasn’t already above and beyond, she gave us an old phone that we could keep in I's room for nurses to be able to take pictures or videos of our baby when we weren’t able to be there. We have LOVED coming in to see what she was up to while we were away. We were blown away by Kelly’s thoughtfulness and how she went above and beyond without thinking twice. She is truly an exceptional nurse who makes more impact on our lives than she knows. This NICU journey is foreign and hard and nurses like Kelly make it less scary, leveling out our rocky road.
