Bryan has gone to extreme efforts to make my stay comfortable and tolerable. He provided a completely different approach for maximum comfort and rest.

I witnessed Bryan in a very difficult situation, and I have never witnessed such professionalism. He was caring in a possibly volatile situation. I have done 7 prison terms in my 59 years, and I've seen so many violent situations. Bryan was a true hero. He could teach a class on empathy in stressful situations. I am speechless. Never have I see such Christ-like love shown in a difficult situation.
