Dino set up my IV so well it never beeped the whole hour it ran!
I have had several extraordinary moments with this outstanding nurse Dino. He is just so professional! From the time the shift starts, he has impressed me with some simple things I so appreciate, like stopping in my room to tell me he is my nurse at the beginning of shift instead of waiting to find out. When I ring for help, he often came himself and he does it promptly. I was most impressed with his expertise with my IV. Dino set up my IV so well it never beeped the whole hour it ran! He knew what he was doing, and I felt safe with him and the whole team worked together to get the job done exceptionally well. Dino came and did my assessment and got to know his patient better so he could take the best care of me. When I was very upset, he came to offer compassion and encouragement. My husband was in the military for 20 years and I have had experience with military hospitals. Dino is so disciplined in his work that it reminds me of those years. I believe Dino should be a teacher in nursing (especially with IV machines) because he crosses his T’s and dots all his I’s. I say thank you to this outstanding nurse. Baystate Medical Center can certainly be proud of Dino Innarelli because I feel safe in his care.
