Well, I would like to start by saying how wonderful all the nurses were and the hospital as a whole. I felt extremely important and cared for by the entire staff!
I had my procedure on my birthday and of course, was nervous and anxious. The prep and recovery staff were amazing. I even received a “Happy Birthday” song which made me feel very special. After my procedure, Ms. Hannah D. was my overnight recovery nurse and I feel as though she went above and beyond that night! My mother was allowed to stay with me and not only did she treat me with compassion and care, but she also treated my mother the same way! She continually checked on us throughout the night and made us both feel comfortable, at ease, and extremely cared about…Important!!! Ms. Hannah has a very kind and giving way about her, which made the situation 100% less stressful! The world definitely needs more people/nurses like Ms. Hannah. I feel very blessed to have had her that night, as I’m more than certain others (patients) feel the same way.
I would like to thank her from the bottom of my heart for the exceptional care, kindness, and love she shared with us!! She’s a ROCK star!
I would like to mention how touching it was to receive a signed card in the mail. It was signed by: Ms. Hannah, Ms. Jan, Chris, and Diane.
It totally made my day.., I even posted it on Facebook! So very, very thoughtful!!!
