Our daughter has been in and out of the hospital for 25 years. She has had 25 surgeries in different hospitals including: U of M, Gillette Children's, Minneapolis Children's, Fairview Red Wing and for the first time St. Paul Children's. In 25 years, we have never had a more compassionate, thoughtful, caring, and sweet personality as Tina Welle. She goes above and beyond any nurses we had had in 25 years. She would come in the room many times during her shift and asked our daughter if there was anything she needed or could do for her and she asked us as well. We had family and friends that came to visit and commented on what a wonderful nurse she is. We can't express enough what a wonderful person she is. We hope that you recognize what an exceptional nurse she is. It takes a special person to be as compassionate and caring as she is. If every hospital had a nurse like Tina Welle, families' experiences would be so much better.
