Pakou greeted us right from the beginning of our stay with kindness and compassion. She was always kind and listened to our concerns and questions. She helped my daughter stay calm and built her trust which is not easy to do. My daughter learned her name and wasn’t scared of her. Pakou offered to stay with her while we talked with the doctors and braided her dolls hair and made her a rose. We appreciated her every time she was with us. We felt safe and taken care of when she was taking care of our daughter.
