All of the caregivers that we met at Children’s were great, but Lottie stood out. Lottie was very personable and inclusive and has excellent communication skills. She took the initiative to bring my daughter the “breathing tree” and drew a picture for her to explain how it helps. She encouraged my daughter to participate in Bingo and the other activities offered here. And she did her bedside handoff at the bedside instead of in front of the computer. She is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, and we appreciate being fortunate enough to be in her care during our stay! And she stopped by the next day to say hi and remembered not only our names, but my daughter's stuffed animal as well!
