Andrea is a very kind, caring, energetic, good listener and she truly cares about the families she works with and takes time to get to know her patients.
First off I want to say a huge thank you to Andrea. She was a huge blessing to our family in our time of need for a home care nurse for our son R who was born with critical pulmonary stenosis unexpectedly. I remember the first time Andrea walked into my home. I remember the peace I felt that my son was in good hands as I watched Andrea check R’s vitals. As she finished listening to his heart she asked me if I would like to hear his heart murmur. No other nurse or doctor had ever asked me if I wanted to listen, nor had I ever heard what a murmur sounds like. I remember after I listened to my son’s heart beat I was convinced that I wanted Andrea to be R’s only home care nurse. Andrea is a very kind, caring, energetic, good listener and she truly cares about the families she works with and takes time to get to know her patients. As a mother of a child that needed a nurse to come out to check on her son once a week, I would recommend Andrea to anyone and everyone. When I found out R no longer needed home care it was very emotional for me because that meant Andrea would no longer be coming and the way she cared for my baby touched my heart truly.
