I was a patient at Bartow. I was very scared and confused, suffering from medical problems as well as mental health issues. From the moment Maggie walked into the room she was professional, positive, and nice. She went above and beyond to assure me that I was in good hands. She took the time to comfort my problems offering a kind word of encouragement and to stay positive. She has been great with the meds being really concerned about me as a person and not just another number in the system. I suffer from anxieties, and she calmed me and reassured my wellbeing.
