Miranda was a charge nurse with a patient assignment during a very busy night with her team members attending to patients and answering call lights while also receiving 3 admissions within one hour. While she took care of her assigned patients, she also answered call lights, made bed assignments and attended to bed alarms thus keeping the unit together. Later during the night, Miranda was observed to be checking on the CNA (nursing assistant) and also asked every nurse if they were okay and if they needed help. Her peers stated that this is not the first time Miranda has shown to excel at being an awesome charge nurse and they would like to recognize her for all the hard work that she does.
