When accessing my port, if it is not working, Ms. Tracy stops to let me calm down for a second and reassures me that everything is okay. This may be by rubbing my arm to calm me or even praying with me. While receiving blood transfusions I love to watch Shrek. We sing the Shrek songs together. I am in nursing school myself, so Ms. Tracy always gives me advice. Every child at children's deserves a Ms. Tracy in their life. She is an amazing nurse, always going above and beyond for her patients to make sure they are okay and that they feel comfortable.
