It’s nurses like Ying that calm your nerves when you are in the hospital.
I have been in the hospital quite a bit over the last 2 months and I have to say that Ying the midnight nurse on 6 West has been the most compassionate and attentive nurse. When she came in my room, every time she always treated me like I was her only patient. She would ask if I was comfortable, if I needed help to the restroom, if my bed was comfortable enough. How my pain was. She would tell me to call her for anything at all when she was not checking on me. She was always kind! Her bedside manner was the best I have ever had. Please let her know she is the definition of what “nurse” means. I cannot thank her enough for her care and compassion. It’s nurses like Ying that calm your nerves when you are in the hospital. Knowing they are there to honestly take care of you.
