I am currently an employee here at MSJ and have been working in the CSPD department for 15 years. I myself have had my share of ER visits and have been a patient for a time or two. However, my life was forever shaken when a family member of mine was in crisis. Everyone in the emergency department from security to techs was most excellent. There was one nurse that went above and beyond for us. That nurse was Dana. Dana calmed my fears with comfort, and she assured me with her confidence that my family member was going to be taken care of. She hugged me and told me that I was not alone. I was able to start the process of healing knowing that Dana was there to help provide my family with the tools and resources available.
