Nic's care and attitude, while I was in the hospital, was amazing. He took the time to explain in terms I could understand exactly what was happening and why it was happening during my stay. He was forever patient with me and my husband as we were separated at night due to COVID policy. He contacted my husband multiple times, relayed messages back and forth, and all with a smile and understanding. He was so patient and attentive to me as I would frequently have to use the restroom, or needed water, or felt pain... whatever and whenever it was needed. We celebrated the good days, and he made the bad days better. Being diagnosed with cancer is a scary thing. Thank you, Nic, you made our darkest days a little brighter.
