Shela continually goes above and beyond to perform exceptional patient care and lead by example. As a Charge Nurse, she sets the bar high. She is quick to pitch in and lend a hand to walk a patient to the bathroom or give a boost in bed. One of the biggest things that stands out to me is the fact that she says thank you for helping her but is also known to give recognition for a job well done to those who deserve it. I see Shela set an example by working hard every night she is here and she truly cares about her colleagues as well as every patient on the floor. Thank you Shela for all you do and for really setting an example of teamwork.
