I have been a patient of Dr. Bonomi since May 2016 and have had many infusions. In the last 2.5 years (approximately), I have “asked” for Susana as my nurse because she is the best! 
1. She can start an IV in one needle stick! She finds my vein every time and that was prior to my port. Her skills are superior. 
2. She checks my blood as a second set of eyes and caught an issue that indicated I was not a candidate for my infusion. 
3. She is experienced and knowledgeable about the effects of my infusions, as she has given me insight on how to “navigate” changes in my skin, nose bleeds, and mouth sores. 
4. Based on my observations, she is a colleague whom other less experienced nurses will turn to with a quick question. 
5. Susana is always kind, caring, super pleasant, and a positive force of energy! She is an asset to the infusion unit on 10! 
Susana is a true professional. Always has a smile and just makes me relax in a difficult environment. She is clearly respected by staff and her advice is often sought. She is wonderful in the way she relates to my wife. My veins are difficult and Susana has very little difficulty in accessing them. Sometimes it is a nightmare with others. She has a thorough understanding of the drugs and their side effects. We love her.
