Joanne "JoJo" was the charge nurse on a day the department suffered extreme trauma. Joanne was calm, caring, and considerate during an emotional time for the department. She ensured all employees were okay and took a break if one was needed. I was the ED coordinator that day and she was so compassionate and reassuring. She went over the medical side of what happened and why things ended the way they did. Thank you, JoJo.
