Michelle is an exemplary nurse, so far beyond expectations that she must be seen to be believed. In our stay at the hospital during the traumatic delivery of our stillborn baby daughter, I really believe Michelle was sent to us like an angel, as she showed incredible grace and kindness to our broken spirits. She took care not only of me physically but also emotionally and mentally through the long labor period. She took the time to explain things to me repeatedly when I was too unfocused to understand, held my hand when I was crying and made a miracle happen even in the isolated Covid stay. She took the time to check on my husband as well and even followed up weeks after delivery with a lovely condolence card.
