Carol came to us with enthusiasm, skill, and demonstrated her caring as she talked with us and showed me how to care for my son.
The reason for bringing my son into the hospital was that I believed that the red strip was still in his wound. After admittance to the hospital, Carol came to us with enthusiasm, skill, and demonstrated her caring as she talked with us and showed me how to care for my son. The second day she once again came with her happy attitude and low and behold she flushed out the strip that was still in him. I jumped for joy. I was grateful she flushed it out. And to her credit, she returned to help the RN learn how she flushed the wound and performed it with excellence. My son was then shown the wound care procedure and he did great. Carol was the answer to my prayer, she showed enthusiasm about her work and showed concern in how I needed not to be afraid that the strip would not go in again. She demonstrated her skill and knowledge to me as well as to the nurses and I will be forever grateful. God bless her and protection for all the staff.
