When I think of Ethan Bryant, it brings a smile to my face. Ethan is smart, intelligent, and provides exceptional care for our patients. He spends all his free time educating nurses in running and assisting during codes, creating projects, and following them through till completion. Ethan is appreciated by all the nurses, residents, and physicians. Some of the projects he has brought to fruition are a highly organized suture care, which has saved time for physicians. If we run into issues in patient care, Ethan troubleshoots and arranges in-services for education. He spends his money to bring food for the team often and is greatly appreciated by his fellow nurses. He is experienced in attaining difficult IV access in ER patients, which is a must-know skill. Ethan is a vital component of our team and a model nurse for the next generation. He truly deserves this recognition.
