Jordan, I was a stranger to you and you made me feel like you were caring for a family member. Thank you for displaying the love of God in your work.
I was admitted to St Thomas midtown and was placed on the 8th floor for 2 days before going to surgery. I had a horrible infection and my leg was constantly draining, and I was in a lot of pain. Jordan was an angel sent from heaven!!! Jordan went above and beyond to give me exceptional care. She kept me clean, fed, and as comfortable as possible at all times, she made sure I had a clean bed pad at all times. My injury was very messy and it was very evident that my bed was messy, and no matter how many times my drainage would go through the pad she would change my sheets, give me pads, mesh panties, towels to wash up, she wouldn't overlook it, and she never acted as if I was getting on her nerves, or as if I was asking for too much. She responded like she loved her job and like her passion was to care for me. She was always fast.

I was so grateful for her kindness, it made me wonder what made her so passionate about nursing. She began to tell me the story of her grandfather and how in his last days she could tell who his nurse was that day by how well he was doing, and it really made an impression on her and she always wanted to make sure she gave her all to her patients. She is definitely making a difference!!!! I just want to thank her and I want St Thomas midtown to know that the “THE BEST NURSE" ever is working for them. She definitely made my stay more comfortable.
