Max is one of the kindest, helpful, and non-judgmental nurses/co-workers I have ever worked with. He is always there for us and I couldn’t be any more grateful. For example, when I was first starting orientation as a new grad, I had a critical GI bleed patient who required lots of interventions and attention. Max, who was charge that night, helped and guided me throughout the night. He never once made me feel dumb for the many questions I asked and gave me lots of advice and suggestions on how to go about interventions and orders. He genuinely wanted the best for my patient and wanted me to succeed as well. Max is the type of nurse we need as a leader. He is so compassionate about his work as a nurse and as a team player. Max is an amazing person to work with and I wish him the absolute best. His positivity and humor make the 4A working environment a better place.
