When Mark enters a room, the patient’s eyes light up.
There is so much I can say about Mark. Mark is the kind of nurse every nurse should inspire to be. I have worked with Mark numerous amounts of times and all of my patients have complimented his care. When Mark enters a room, the patient’s eyes light up. He has a genuine care for the vent patients. He shaves them and makes sure they are cleaned and cared for since most of the time they become long-term patients. Mark is known for his kind touch, he grabs his patients’ hands as he tells them hello and goodbye. Mark makes every patient feel as if they are his only patient. He also comes in many extra shifts to help his floor out when needed. Mark is a true blessing to the patients and staff on 8T.
