Anni was able to explain every piece of care in a way we could understand. The day we came in the day shift was such craziness that we felt like we had no idea what was happening with our baby. Then Anni took over for night shift and instantly slowed things down for us and made sure we understood what was going on with the baby. She took plenty of time to tend to our needs and make sure I was comfortable while laboring. She went above and beyond by staying after her shift to make sure I was comfortable during an unplanned C-section. I was really nervous and it was comforting to have that familiar face in the OR that had been there all night. She was excited to meet the baby who had given us trouble all night. She did an amazing job and we'll never forget how much better she made this experience for us!
