I tested positive for COVID-19 and remained at home for two weeks. After 12-days of fever and getting worse, I went back to Florida Healthcare clinic on Nova road- Double widespread pneumonia- sent me to the ER. I have never been so ill. Olivia was the most professional, awesome, conscientious, and meticulous RN that ever helped me. I was so sick, so scared, but trusted her completely and prayed that God would take her hands and skills to make me well. In spending roughly 12 hours in the ER with Olivia, I think how lucky I was to have her as my RN. She contributed greatly to my healing, along with the awesome RNs on the 6th floor. I am home now (still with pneumonia but better) very weak and tired, slow to recuperate, but I know in my heart when you are so scared and in the ER with this awful virus, you are looking for hope in everyone's eyes. Olivia gave me that, sick as I was, she was upbeat, positive, and gave me great trust. Thank you, Olivia. You'll never know how much you meant to me, in those hours in the ER.
