A patient was here a few months ago and had a stillborn birth. She also lost her Mother just a few weeks later. Taylor was in the operating room during the delivery of the baby. Taylor saw a post on Facebook about the patient losing her hair. Taylor ordered hair care products and had them sent to her home. She also had a drawing made of her Mom and baby and sent to her. “Taylor definitely went above and beyond in caring for me” stated the patient. She also stated that all the staff were wonderful and she would not have wanted to be anywhere else. Taylor is a prime example of what makes our NICU so special. She gives 150% to her patients and families!
