Michele set me at ease at every turn and was always professional.
After having been diagnosed with breast cancer I required several tests at the radiology department. Michele was almost always the one who greeted me and spent time checking me in, making sure I was comfortable, explained what was up next, and who I would be seeing. She also made sure I was comfortable during the various ultrasounds, MRIs, and biopsies. Michele got me blankets, rubbed my arm and my head. She even delivered me directly to Dr. C's office. Michele set me at ease at every turn and was always professional. She also went out of her way to be sure I was satisfied with my schedule of appointments. This was very helpful due to the fact that I'm an elementary school teacher and need to be able to request substitute coverage and write plans for that person. Thank you so much, Michele!
