We had Carina as our primary nurse during the nights. We had a lot of questions and concerns. She was always patient and willing to go out of her way to get things done. She is very compassionate and took time out of her busy schedule to have a conversation when I was overwhelmed. I had her for four straight nights and she showed great empathy and professionalism. Her patience with teaching us swaddling, diaper changing, and promoting breastfeeding was equivalent to any other medical treatment my baby received. My family and I will always be grateful for her understanding the significance of our life event and not just treating us as another day at work.
